Yes. We care for patient from ages 18 until end of life.
Do you offer lab testing onsite?
Yes, we offer lab collection services in office by appointment, but testing is done off site.
Do you provide care for children under the age of 18?
No. We specialize in care for ages 18 and older.
Do you make house calls?
Yes. Fellsmere to Port St. Lucie, private pay, call office for PP rate. Chronic care management, remote patient.
Do you offer X-rays, Ultrasounds etc... onsite?
No, but we refer for in home services.
What are some of the vaccines that your office offers to their patients?
We offer flu vaccines (seasonal), Hep A, Hep B, Shingles, Pneumonia, Tdap and Covid vaccines.
Does your office accept all forms of Health Insurance?
Call our office for more details. We offer discounted fees for patients who qualify.
Does your office offer the Flu Vaccine?
Yes. We also offer Covid, RSV, Shingles, Pneumonia, TB, Biz injections, Hepatitis vaccinations.
What does Geriatric mean?
Geriatric is a term that refers to any adult 50 years old or older.
Are patients able to pay balance/membership fees online or only at the office location?
Yes. All patients will be able to pay any fees online through the website as well as in the office.
What are form of payments are accepted?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards.
What happens if a check is returned for insufficient funds?
The individual will be charged a return check fee of $35.
