Do you care for patients under or over the age of 65?
Yes. We care for patient from ages 18 until end of life.
Do you offer lab testing onsite?
Yes, we offer lab collection services in office by appointment, but testing is done off site.
Do you provide care for children under the age of 18?
No. We specialize in care for ages 18 and older.
Do you make house calls?
Yes, we make house calls.
Does the Healthy You plan cover referrals to other doctors?
NO. It only covers the care provided by Geriatric Solutions, LLC or Exceptional Care Choice, LLC. Any doctors’ visits and billing outside of our care will be the individual’s sole responsibility.
Do you offer X-rays, Ultrasounds etc... onsite?
NO. X-rays, Ultrasounds etc. will be referred to your local radiology office.
What are some of the vaccines that your office offers to their patients?
We offer flu vaccines (seasonal), Hep A, Hep B, Shingles, Pneumonia, and Tdap.
Does your office accept all forms of Health Insurance?
Call our office for more details. We offer discounted fees for patients who qualify.
Does your office offer the Flu Vaccine?
Yes.
What does Geriatric mean?
Geriatric is a term that refers to any adult 50 years old or older.
Are patients/Healthy You members able to pay balance/membership fees online or only at the office location?
Yes. All patients/ Healthy You members will be able to pay any fees online through the website as well as in the office.
What are form of payments are accepted?
We accept checks, and all major credit/debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
What happens if you cancel your Healthy You membership before the contracted 12 months?
You will no longer receive care, and if you choose to re-enroll
into the Healthy You membership you will have to pay a re-enrollment fee of $100.
What happens if a check is returned for insufficient funds?
The individual will be charged a return check fee of $35.
